Defrost is not required.
- Direct from freezer, separate the products into individual pieces.
- Place products on a piece of steaming paper in the steaming basket and steam over boiling water for Chicken Siew Mai : 10 – 12 minutes.
- Turn off heat and serve hot.
Storage of unthaw balance products
- Keep the unthaw balance products in PE bag and tie tightly with rubber band or keep in air tight container to prevent dehydration
- Store in the freezer with temperature at or below -18°C
