Defrost is required.
- Thaw the products in chill refrigerator overnight, or defrost in air tight condition for 30 minutes
- Steam over boiling water for 20 – 25 minutes.
- Turn off heat and serve hot.
Storage of unthaw balance products
- Keep the unthaw balance products in PE bag and tie tightly with rubber band or keep in air tight container to prevent dehydration
- Store in the freezer with temperature at or below -18°C
